The Hong Kong online literary journal Cha: An Asian Literary Journal, which has previously published several of my analytical articles devoted to the cultures (and particularly fantasy) of China and Asia, also hosts a series of short texts by several authors and contributors where they deliver their thoughts and impressions relating to their day of June 4, 2023.

Entitled Just Another Day, this series was motivated mainly by the anniversary of the Tiananmen massacre, and if my text (a sort of gonzo (albeit wise) micro-report on a family Mother's Day and copy corrections) n has nothing to do with the said anniversary, I strongly encourage those interested to read all of these slices of existence and these reflections, especially those of the authors who look at their personal connection to this terrible day.
